Sir Ken Robinson - One More Wonderful Talk

Sir Ken Robinson in his inimitable style and on his pet topic - The need for reforming education. Points to ponder: A three-year-old is not half a six-year-old. Life is organic, not linear. Education needs to adopt the principles of agriculture and not that of industrial production. Education is not fast food...

Hi Nimmy,
I've been a regular visitor to your blog but never left a comment for any of the posts. In hindsight I feel really sad about it. And eventhough I'm writing one now, I'm not quite sure I'll be able to express my self clearly with my limited vocabulary... Here I go: Anyway just wanted to let you know that, you write really well I mean really really well. It touches ones heart truly. Whenever I'm down and in need of some guidance I come to your blog and read one of your Inspirational posts and yes definitely it gets me going. And most of all I love your posts on introspection.

Please continue to write and I wish you all the very best in life. You make so many people's lives much better by your writings..! Keep it up. Thanks

Dear goodfella,

What shall I say? I am so overwhelmed. Seriously. To be honest, you've not just made my day but probably many more days to come. :-)

I think not everyone can be so kind in their acknowledgements and appreciation. Thank you, my friend. I shall, in fact, re-read your comment whenever I need some inspiration and want to believe that my life is really worth it.

All said and done, despite the joy one receives when one does very well at work or in life, I think one of the best things to happen to us is our ability to make a difference (however small) to someone else's life. If we are able to put hope/humor/positivity/enthusiasm/love into another's heart, that is when our lives are probably really really worth it! :-)

Your good wishes mean a lot to me. Thanks a ton for it. I am sure it will help me when I am in need of it. :-)

Take care and I look forward to seeing more feedback from you - when you feel like saying something! :-)
