The discipline of innovation is practiced in many domains, notably the arts and science. When it is practiced effectively, it is invariably done within communities, among diverse individuals who share a common purpose. Energized communities characterize most innovation. Science, at its best, is intensely collaborative. Likewise in business, real innovation is often very collaborative; in fact, many new product innovations come from customers. – Peter Senge, The Discipline of Innovation

Wow! Nimmy, you are on a roll with these last few blog posts.
Keep it up!

:D Gee! Thanks, Terry. But...surprise of surprise....The truth is that I am actually a little unsystematic with my blogging of late because of work pressure. Haven't been looking for good material and pondering over it or something. Have been more or less randomly putting up raw stuff that grabbed my attention...with little pieces of my mind added to it... :) Hope to be able to keep up the momentum and supply more food for thought!
Nimmy,
When you say, "Have been more or less randomly putting up raw stuff that grabbed my attention...with little pieces of my mind added to it... :)" that sounds like a great definition of blogging!
